Oliver Morris

Oliver Morris describes his style of art as a mix between fine art and some elements of fashion rolled into one. His subjects are usually people within a landscape using double exposures to make them almost blend in with the surroundings. In Oliver Morris’ work, there is a number of different parts to the image rather than just a simple photograph. My favourite part about the compositions which Oliver Morris creates is that the model seems to blend in with the background as their face is covered with what is behind them. I think this is interesting because it links well to my ideas of people trying to cover their personalities and feeling and also them trying to blend in with everything else around them. I also like the way in most of his images, the models features still stand out such as their eyes and mouths which I think is a good aspect to the photographs.
